1 New Compound Solution System With:
Compound pump (sized for your application)
Flow meter (Gallons per minute of your choice)
Electric solenoid
ON-OFF switch
110 volt
The way this works is you set the compound solution system on top of your 55 gallon drum or 5 gallon pail. Stick the suction line from the pump into the compound container. Connect a "garden hose" for water supply. Connect the output hose to the vibratory finisher. Plug in the 110 volt power. Turn on the electric switch. Set the flow meter to the amount of gallons per hour of solution you want going in the machine. Set the pump dials to the amount of compound you want to use per hour based on the charts in the instructions. When you are through for the day all you turn off is the electric switch. That turns off the pump and the electric solenoid turns off the water. When you restart the machine, all you turn on is the switch. This takes out the errors of operators constantly having to mess with the ratio. If the machine doesn't get enough compound, your parts come out ugly. If the machine gets too much compound, you're wasting money. If you are using too much compound make sure you are buying it from me.
