SWECO, Incorporated proposes to furnish, sell, and deliver equipment conforming to the following specifications and in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale attached hereto.
Description And Specifications Of Equipment:
1 NEW SWECO MODEL FMD-1LR SWECO VIBRO-ENERGY FINISHING MILL
SWECO Vibro-Energy Finishing Mills provide a unique three-dimensional vibratory motion of parts and media, insuring precisely controlled deburring and finishing. Uniform mass depth around the entire finishing chamber provides maximum production.
The Model FMD-1LR is equipped with semi-automatic parts separating accessories, which may be used to quickly and simply remove finished parts from the media at the end of the process cycle. The separating step is accomplished completely within the machine via a swing blade (dam). The media and parts climb up the swing blade and are separated on a stationary screen. Parts exit on top of the screen while media falls back into the mill. The unloading cycle is approximately three to five minutes.
Load/Unload Height..40 Inches
Approximate Shipping Weight..285 Pounds
The Model FMD-1LR "Vibro-Lite" chamber is constructed of 95 durometer state-of-the-art polyurethane; hot-poured, hot-cured and degassed for maximum density. The chamber, which incorporates a ribbed outer wall design to prevent parts sticking, is supplied with one 2-3/4" diameter quick-release media discharge door and one bottom drain with 1/8" self-relieving slots. The drain terminates with a 1-1/4" OD spout for customer connection. The swing blade assembly is fabricated of cast polyurethane to prevent part damage. One screen assembly is included with the unit; available in 3/8", 5/8" or 7/8" clear openings.
ACTUAL CHAMBER CAPACITY 1 CUBIC FEET
Chamber Diameter..24 Inches
Processing Channel Width/Depth..7 X 7 Inches
Maximum Part Length..9 Inches
Maximum Gross Chamber Load..300 Pounds
Minimum Lining Thickness in High Wear Areas..1-1/2 Inches
The Finishing Mill Chamber is mounted on twelve heavy-duty equally spaced spring assemblies; retained in place by the use of polyurethane spring spools, mounted to base top flange and chamber bottom. This design virtually eliminates spring failure and energy transmission to the floor.
A 1/3 horsepower, 230 or 460 volt, 60 hertz, 1200 RPM, TENV, grease lubricated SWECO Motion Generator of double-end shaft design, with two end bell assemblies. Eccentric weights, which provide the vibration source, are mounted to the upper and lower shaft ends. Amplitude levels can be adjusted to meet processing requirements by adding/removing lower weight plates, and/or adjusting the angular relationship (lead angle) of the upper to lower weights.
START-UP AND MAINTENANCE:
One (1) Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual, one (1) Motion Generator Manual, and one (1) Tube of grease for bearing lubrication are included with the machine.
Shipment of this equipment can be made in approximately 4 weeks from receipt of your purchase order or any engineering approval drawings.
